Pacific Power has implemented changes to the Wattsmart Home Energy Savings program in California, effective March 28, 2022. The changes are part of Pacific Power's efforts to continuously improve energy efficiency programs offered to customers and affect incentives or eligibility requirements for appliances and water heating measures.
